You'll also be the catalyst for building powerful relationships inside and out, ensuring every campaign is pure gold and drives maximum impact.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct market studies and identify opportunities by being a diligent marketing brand specialist.Undertake brand reputation projects and figure out the brand positioning.Design brand communication strategies along with the marketing partners and use the right media to communicate themAdhere to established budgets, estimates and performance indicatorsMeasure success and produce reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIsDevise further growth strategies, and implement them from a marketing manager’s point of viewProactively handle all incoming sales-related queries and ensure timely closure of any leads or bookings that fall under their scope of work.Required skills and qualificationsKey initiative planning and executionBachelor’s or a higher degree in marketing or a related field.3-5 years of experience in brand management.Strong communication and leadership skills.Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.Knowledge of the latest market trends and branding tools.CompensationFixed salary: Rs. 35,000 per monthAdditional sales incentives will be offered on each closed booking/sale, in line with company policy.Standard company leave and weekly offs as per policy
