Job Description :


We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting and troubleshooting web-based applications, preferably on Java technology. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a strong background in production support, including handling tickets and providing :

- Provide technical support for web-based applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

- Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on issue resolution and application status.

- Document support processes and procedures for future reference.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting web-based applications, preferably on Java technology.

- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and web technologies.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience in production support, including handling tickets and providing resolutions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with ticketing systems and support tools.

- Knowledge of database systems, such as MySQL or Oracle, is a plus.
