Key Roadmap Development: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.Market & Competitive Analysis: Work with the Analyst team to analyze the market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements.Feature Definition & Prioritization: Work with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize feature development to maximize business impact.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate product decisions.Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics and lead optimization efforts to ensure product success post-launch.Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through retirement, making decisions about product iterations and of Engineering in Computer Science, IT or any other Engineering discipline. Master's degree in Business Administration is optional.10+ years total experience and 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the IT infrastructure, cloud services, or related technology sector.Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with experience in Data management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Experience in AI/ML technologies and their application in product development.Desired Personal Traits:
