Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Ruby and Rails community.

- Review code from team members and resolve bottlenecks.

- Ensure application performance and security coding standards.

- Utilize AGILE methodology for project management.

- Work on the responsive design using Bootstrap 3+, React JS, Angular, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, JQuery, and AJAX.

- Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.

- Manage production deployments on AWS/Azure.

- Handle GIT branching, conflict resolution, merging, and code versioning.

- Implement REST APIs with coding standards.

- Use development tools like Sublime and Visual Studio.

- Identify and solve bottlenecks and bugs.

- Collaborate with clients for technical discussions and status updates.

- Mentor and assist other developers.

Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of Rails 5+ and OOP concepts.

- Experience with MVC, ORM, and Active Record.

- Proficiency in writing clean, readable Ruby code.

- Familiarity with RSpec and Payment Gateway Integration.

- Strong skills in Active Records and PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge of server administration and production deployments.

- Familiarity with continuous integration/development (CI/CD).

- Experience with tools like SideKiq, NewRelic, geocoder, dossier, and Apartment (multi-tenant).

- Solid working knowledge of Ubuntu.

- Experience with JIRA for bug tracking.
