Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Teamcenter Architect/Developer to join our team. You will play a leading role in designing, developing, and implementing robust PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions using Teamcenter.

You will leverage your expertise to improve business processes, integrate with various CAD, ALM, and ECAD tools, and ensure seamless data management across our organization.

Responsibilities :

- Define and design Teamcenter architecture, data models for CAD, documents, and requirement management.

- Integrate Teamcenter with CAD (UGNX) and ALM systems.

- Develop Teamcenter customizations, configurations, and solutions through scripting and development tools (e.g., BMIDE).

- Design and implement Teamcenter solutions for both client and server-side functionality, including integration with third-party applications.

- Manage multi-site data transfer and administration.

- Configure and manage BMIDE Naming/Revision rules, Deep copy rules, and Action rules.

- Package, deploy (hot and cold), and maintain BMIDE solutions.

- Demonstrate expertise in UGNX (Part, Assembly & Drafting, Part Families, Reuse Library, UDF Library, Import-Export).

- Integrate Teamcenter with ECAD systems (e.g., Altium) and manage design and part library integrations using tools like Mentor Xpedition and ORCAD.

- Configure and customize T4S (Teamcenter Service Suite).

- Integrate Teamcenter with Polarion ALM tools.

- Migrate data from D2 Documentum to Teamcenter (Docs, DHF, DMR).

- Integrate SolidWorks and AutoCAD with Teamcenter.

- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) within Teamcenter.

- Leverage Teamcenter User Administration (UA) tools, including Workflow, Structure Manager, Access Manager, Preference Manager, MPP, BOM Management, Query, and PLM XML.

- Customize Teamcenter to meet specific business needs, mapping raw requirements to the PLM framework and designing the overall PLM application landscape.

- Lead and mentor junior Teamcenter architects and developers.

- Support PLM project managers in planning and implementing technical solutions, adhering to change management and risk management principles.

- Drive project implementation following established ALM/Tollgate or Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Teamcenter Architect/Developer or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, data models, and customization tools (BMIDE).

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex Teamcenter solutions.

- Strong understanding of CAD (UGNX) and ECAD (Altium, Mentor Xpedition, ORCAD) integration concepts.

- Experience with data migration strategies and tools (D2 Documentum to Teamcenter migration a plus).

- Experience with BOM management and configuration within Teamcenter.

- Experience with Teamcenter User Administration (UA) tools and scripting languages.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

- Strong understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) best practices.

- Experience with ALM/Tollgate and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in "brown field" Teamcenter implementations involving complex data migration and cutover activities (a plus).
