Job Summary :

As a Data Annotator, you will be responsible for data preparation, processing and analysis in collaboration with the data science and engineering team to enable business operations, capabilities development and strategic decision making.


You will also be responsible for identifying patterns and making data-driven recommendations to enhance the overall accuracy of the algorithms as per business use-case.

Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with the data science team to identify, analyze, and interpret trends / patterns in complex data sets and annotate them for Machine Learning use cases.


- Glean insights regarding new model development or existing model improvement


- Interpret, prepare and process data for model development


- Provide feedback for improvement to existing tools that can improve the accuracy and quality of deep learning models


- Seek ways to improve and automate day-to-day operations for the team


- Plan and implement the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy regarding launch and development of new capabilities


- Analyze user-behavior to develop logics and modifications for better customer experience in collaboration with Product Teams


- Report key performance metrics to the Analytics team


- Contribute to workflow process improvements


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree from Delhi University colleges with 0-1 years of work experience including internship.


- Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills to process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.


- Having good written and verbal communication skills.


- Having business acumen coupled with strong understanding of business concepts.


- Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.


- Self-motivated to drive oneself to overcome challenges.
