Locations - Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Pune.An AI Automation Lead with experience in AIOps, automation, GenAI, Terraform, and Ansible typically holds a strategic and technical leadership role, responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions across an organization's IT operations and infrastructure.About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI-driven automation and AIOps initiatives.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and align solutions with business objectives.Champion the adoption of AI automation practices and technologies across various departments.Technical Design and Implementation:Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI automation solutions, including infrastructure automation, intelligent process automation, and self-healing systems.Oversee the implementation of AIOps platforms and tools for proactive incident detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.Drive the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) models and frameworks (e.g., RAG, agentic workflows using LangChain, Bedrock, Vertex AI) to enhance automation capabilities.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform for automated infrastructure provisioning and management.Utilize configuration management tools like Ansible for automated system configuration and deployment.Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers and specialists.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the team.Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to maximize efficiency and collaboration.Operational Excellence and Optimization:Implement GitOps practices to streamline and automate deployment processes and ensure consistency.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices across all automation initiatives.Monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of AI automation solutions.Required Qualifications.Overall Experience of Minimum 15 years in IT Infrastructure Management/ ArchitectureProven experience of at least 2 to 5 years in leading teams in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions.Deep expertise in AIOps principles and practical experience with AIOps platforms and tools.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts, models (e.g., RAG, LLMs), and frameworks.Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.Extensive experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible.Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their automation capabilities.Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation and AI/ML development.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
