Responsibilities:


We are looking for a motivated SAP Consultant with a passion for SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud(v2). As an SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in various projects related to SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud team. You will work closely with a team of skilled C4C Sales/Service cloud consultants to provide expertise in SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud(version2). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of C4C Sales/Service cloud(version2) processes, as well as proficiency in SAP C4C systems. This role will involve providing support and maintenance to the SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud(version2) modules within the SAP platform.


Key Responsibilities: -


Provide technical support for the SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud(v2). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and improvements to the SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud(v2) modules. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to SAP C4C Sales/Service cloud(v2) and provide timely resolutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for C4C Sales/Service cloud(v2) processes, configurations, and enhancements within the SAP system. - Perform system configuration, testing, and validation of C4C Sales/Service cloud processes in SAP - Work with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met. - Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress.


Must Have skills: SAP C4C / Sales and Service Cloud experience (Good to have V2 knowledge), SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK / PDI), exposure on other SAP Products (S/4HANA, FSM, CDP, CPI), Integrations / APIs (REST / OData / SOAP),any one programming language Good to have skills: SAP certification is a plus and experience in Service Now tool will be added advantage, anyone programming language
