Role Overview

We're seeking a results-driven UA Manager with 4+ years of experience in mobile performance

marketing and growth. This role will own the user acquisition strategy across top ad networks and be instrumental in driving new installs and optimizing campaign ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and scale UA campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other mobile
  • acquisition platforms
  • Leverage tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, Branch, and MixPanel for accurate tracking,
  • attribution, and insights
  • Drive measurable growth by lowering CPIs, increasing installs, and optimizing the full user
  • funnel
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to test, learn, and iterate rapidly

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition and mobile performance marketing
  • Strong command of attribution platforms and mobile analytics tools
  • Demonstrated success in hitting acquisition goals and improving campaign metrics
  • Data-obsessed, analytical mindset with a passion for growth
