Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong experience in IRM/GRC modules to design, configure, and customize risk, compliance, and audit workflows. The candidate should have solid development skills and hands-on project exposure in IRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit).
  • Configure risk lifecycle processes, scoring models (inherent & residual), controls, and related entities.
  • Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Create custom risk scoring logic and control test workflows based on business needs.
  • Develop and enhance GRC Workspaces and custom UI using UI Builder.
  • Work with integrations (REST/SOAP), data imports, and build reports/dashboards.
  • Ensure upgrade-safe, modular, and well-documented development as per ServiceNow best practices.
  • Collaborate with BA, QA, Admins, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

  • 6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • 1–2 years / 1–2 projects in IRM/GRC modules.
  • Strong knowledge of IRM framework, risk lifecycle, controls, scoring models.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer.
  • Experience with Workspace, UI Builder, and IRM configurations.
  • Good understanding of API integrations and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
