Job Purpose
Deep expertise in Fixed Income Capital Markets, trade lifecycle management, and trading platform design/build. Bridge business and technology, define requirements for complex trading workflows, and collaborate with global development and business teams to deliver high‑performance, real‑time solutions.
Desired Skills and experience
• 6–10 years of experience in Business Analysis within Capital Markets, with at least 5+ years focused on Fixed Income.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing/settlement processes, and regulatory frameworks (FINRA, MiFID, Dodd‑Frank).
• Hands‑on experience with SWIFT and FIX messaging standards; ability to interpret message schemas and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Exposure to trading platforms (e.g., ION, Bloomberg, TradeWeb) and blotter systems; familiarity with OMS/EMS workflows.
• Proven ability to document BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows, proficiency in tools like Visio, JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience with real‑time transaction systems, market data feeds, and latency‑sensitive workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience working with global teams and managing cross‑border delivery. Nice to Have
• Knowledge of derivatives (swaps, options) and structured products.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and API‑driven integration.
• Understanding data analytics for trade performance and risk metrics.
Education
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
