Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate (Preferred: candidates with sales experience in footwear/FMCG/retail sectors)
Experience Required
- Must have prior experience in the footwear industry
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant field sales experience
- Strong retailer network and deep market knowledge in assigned territory
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ensure product placement, visibility, and brand presence in the market
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits for order booking, collection, and competitor tracking
- Identify potential new retailers and expand market coverage
- Provide sales reports and market insights to the management
- Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Sound understanding of footwear retail and distribution channels
- Willingness for intensive field travel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
