We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems.Brief Introduction - This role is ideal for a technically strong Project Manager who can lead data engineering and BI reporting initiatives for Data Management/Data Warehouse enhancement projects. You will manage delivery, ensure compliance with program standards, and bring innovative solutions to accelerate timelines.Responsibilities-Project Planning & GovernanceDefine scope, timelines, and deliverables for Data Warehouse and Data Engineering projectsEnsure adherence to standards and governance defined by the larger programMaintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and progress reportsTechnical Leadership (SME Role)Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Data Warehousing, and BI reportingDesign and validate data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and integration strategies for analytics and BI platformsHands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and modern cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)Solve complex technical challenges without relying on other architects or SMEsBI Reporting EnablementOversee integration with BI tools and ensure optimized reporting structuresStrong experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Tellius for dashboarding and visualizationTranslate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutionsQuality Assurance & ComplianceValidate data accuracy and integrity post-deploymentCoordinate UAT and manage defect resolutionEnsure compliance with pharma data privacy and regulatory standardsProcess Optimization & Continuous InnovationIdentify opportunities for automation and performance improvements in ETL and reporting processesFoster an innovative mindset to leverage emerging technologies, including Generative AI, for accelerating project delivery and improving efficiency.Qualifications-Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in Data Warehouse/Data Lakehouse and Data Engineering projectsStrong experience managing data platforms for large pharmaceutical clientsDeep expertise in data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and BI reportingHands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI, TelliusExposure to Generative AI for accelerating project delivery is a strong plusAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes for faster onboardingPMP or Agile certification preferredOther CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and act tacticallyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, MS ADO)
