Title: Commission-Based Real Estate Associate (Fresh Bookings – Builder Projects) – Gurgaon–Jhajjar / NCR

About us:

We are a land promotion and real estate firm handling agricultural land, plotted developments, and fresh bookings in RERA-registered builder projects across Gurgaon–Jhajjar and NCR.

Role type: Commission-based only (no fixed salary).

Work type:

  • Promote fresh bookings in approved builder projects (flats, plots, floors, SCO, farmhouses).
  • Handle enquiries, site visits, and follow-up until booking and agreement.
  • Coordinate with builders’ sales teams and channel partner desks for inventory, pricing, and offers.

Area: Gurgaon, Jhajjar, Dwarka Motorway belt, Pataudi roadside, and nearby NCR corridors.

Earning potential (3-4 lakh per deal):

  • Typical ticket size (fresh booking): ₹2 crore – ₹5 crore per unit in this belt.​
  • Developer-side channel partner commission: usually around 3–4% of sale value in India; in Gurgaon, some projects even pay 5–7%+ to clear inventory.​
  • Your commission share: 60% of the net broking that our firm receives from the builder.
  • Approximate earnings per deal: ₹ 3 Lac to ₹ 10 Lac per closed unit (depending on ticket size and project).
  • Payout: within 7 days after the builder releases the broking to our firm and it is credited to our account.

Who can apply:

  • Existing real estate brokers/channel partners doing resale who want to add fresh projects.
  • Freelancers / part-time agents / network marketers with an investor/end-user network.
  • People with strong local connections in corporates, business communities, HNIs, and NRI families.

Requirements:

  • Smartphone, WhatsApp, basic Google Maps and Google Forms knowledge.
  • Own a 2-wheeler/4-wheeler for project and site visits (preferable).
  • Decent communication in Hindi; English is an advantage.

How you earn (fresh bookings):

  • You generate leads for builder projects (walk-ins, referrals, digital, personal network).
  • We empanel you under our channel partner code and give you project training, inventory sheets, pricing, and closing support.
  • On every successful booking done through our code, broking comes from the builder to us; you get your agreed % of that broking as commission per deal.
