Skills Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of database fundamentals including ER models

- Experienced in multi-tenant architecture

- Strong knowledge of Python, Golang, Angular

- Expertise in developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs with demonstrable production-scale experience

- Experience with design and development of workflow management systems

- Experience with development and deployment to Cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, etc.

- Deep understanding of multiple design patterns, OOPS, algorithms and data structure

- Experience in developing features for highly complex, distributed systems

- Good knowledge of WebSocket and messaging platforms like RabbitMQ

Required Traits :

- Passion to stay on top of the latest happenings in the tech world and an attitude to bring those into play to solve business problems end-to-end in a startup environment

- Strong agile/scrum development experience in startup environments

- Pet projects and open source contributions are a big plus.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams (ref:hirist.tech)
