We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Consultant with hands-on expertise in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Global Order Promising (GOP). The ideal candidate will have at least one end-to-end implementation experience and be well-versed in planning methodology, data integration, and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Integration

  • Configure, manage, and execute Oracle Planning Data Collections using FBDI templates.
  • Validate collected data to ensure planning accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate integrations with external systems (ERP/Legacy apps).
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure smooth data flow into Planning Central.

2. Planning Configuration & Execution

  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion modules including:
  • Supply Planning
  • Demand Planning
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Production Scheduling
  • Analyse planning outputs and provide recommendations to optimize inventory levels, service levels, and supply chain performance.
  • Support planning cycle activities and drive continuous improvement.

3. Global Order Promising (GOP)

  • Configure GOP setups including rules, ATP, and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage scheduling methods, match existing supply/demand, and ensure accurate ATP results.
  • Integrate GOP with Order Management and Inventory modules for seamless order promising processes.

4. Planning Methodologies & Reporting

  • Strong understanding of MRP, MPS, forecasting, and supply planning principles.
  • Develop and maintain planning-related reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL.
  • Provide insights and analysis to business users for decision-making.

5. Client Interaction & Communication

  • Interact with clients to gather requirements, explain system configurations, and provide training or support.
  • Communicate effectively with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
  • Participate in workshops, testing cycles, and solution presentations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning.
  • At least one end-to-end implementation in Fusion Supply Planning.
  • Experience in configuration and implementation Oracle Fusion modules: Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Planning SOP, and Production Scheduling.
  • Analyze planning outputs and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Experience with Data Collections, FBDI, and system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of planning methodologies MRP MPS.
  • Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Supply Chain Planning.
