Job Description


Job Title: Customer Support Officer - BPO


Work Location: Ella, PL Compound, Morgansgate, Jeppu Market Road, Mangalore, Karnataka (Work from office)


Shift time: M-F (6.30 PM to 3.30 am and 7.30 pm to 4.30 am shift must be flexible for both shift) Two ways cabs available uptill 25 kms from office location (Night shifts only)


Role & responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls and emails within defined SLAs
  • Record interaction using client system with proper classification
  • Refer Knowledge base and perform task as per defined process
  • Follow up and closure of interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Comfortable with Rotational shifts, extended working hours and weekly offs.
  • Candidate should clear the V&A and online typing tests


Preferred candidate profile

  • Operating the computer- Intermediate
  • MS Office - Intermediate
  • Avaya/Phone Operating skills Beginner
  • Fluent in Spoken and written English with effective Business Communication
  • Communication in neutral accent over phone
  • Active listening and probing skills
  • Basic knowledge of Insurance
  • Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills
