We are looking for analytics expertise with extensive exposure to Role & Responsibility :

- The position will be part of the central analytics team at the Company.

- Responsible for solutions and delivering analytics insight needed to drive decision-making for multiple stakeholders.

- Work hands-on on assigned projects along with coaching and mentoring junior team members.

- Support departments in building, implementing, and tracking analytics use cases.

- Present and discuss the results of analytics use cases with stakeholders.

Skill set :

- Proficiency in predictive modeling and Machine learning (Logistic/Linear regression, GBM, XG Boost, Scorecard development, Time-series forecasting, Segmentation, etc.)

- Proficiency in business analytics, Data analytics, and Insights generation.

- Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (QlikView).

- Expert in at least one programming language: Python, R, SAS.

OTHER COMPETENCIES :

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proven stakeholder management experience.

- Proven team leadership/team management experience. (ref:hirist.tech)
