Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Site Engineer located in Thiruvananthapuram. Work includes both site and office work. The Junior Site Engineer will manage on-site activities, communicate with stakeholders, ensure quality control, and assist in structural engineering tasks. Primary responsibilities include site supervision, project coordination, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting civil engineer/contractor in project execution.

Qualifications
  • On-site experience and strong communication skills
  • Experience in quality control and knowledge of safety regulations
  • Structural engineering skills and a degree in civil engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in residential, renovation, commercial, industrial, or assembly projects is beneficial
Software knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, STAADPro, Navisworks
