Step by Step School, Noida is currently looking to hire a senior Recruiter for our HR department.
About the Role
- Spearhead the complete talent acquisition process — from job identification to sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Take ownership of teacher recruitment, with a strong focus on IB and IGCSE curriculum educators.
- Actively source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Build strong professional networks and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Partner with academic and functional heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources/Management.
- Extensive experience in recruiting for reputed schools (directly or indirectly), with strong exposure to IB and IGCSE curriculum hiring.
- Proven ability to headhunt and connect with top talent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and expand networks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
