We provide platform management, product design, content creation, customer service, graphic design, and other support services to RexBrown UK for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, eBay, Groupon, Wish, Fruugo, Mail Shop UK, OnBuy, Secret Sales, Shopify, and Wowcher, and so on.


Responsibilities:

  • Posting job vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms, and managing the full recruitment cycle as per company policies.
  • Handling day-to-day HR operations for a team of approximately 35 employees.
  • Managing basic social media postings related to company updates, culture, and hiring announcements.
  • Generate monthly salary slips and assist in payroll coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Supporting onboarding and exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Addressing employee queries and supporting workplace culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensuring adherence to HR policies, compliance requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Preparing weekly or monthly HR reports and sharing accurate data with management.
  • Staying updated on HR best practices, compliance norms, and emerging workplace trends.
  • Help the customer service team in their free time.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven work experience of 1-2 in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools, payroll processing, and attendance management systems.
  • Basic understanding of social media posting and content coordination.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Excel knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.


Timings:

  • Monday to Friday

12:30 to 9:30 PM (April-October)

• Saturday(Alternate off)

10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
