BabyMD is a next-gen child care clinic dedicated to holistic pediatric wellness through both physical clinics and telemedicine. Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs.
  • Work closely with parents and caregivers to guide them on effective home-based support strategies.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other team members for holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate therapy records and progress reports.
  • Conduct group therapy sessions, workshops, and parent training when required.
  • Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in pediatric speech therapy.


Qualifications

  • BASLP with minimum 3 years of experience, OR
  • MASLP with 0–2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of child development and pediatric communication disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
