The responsibilities include providing prospective students and their families with detailed information about the admissions process, answering inquiries, and guiding them through enrollment. The representative will assist in conducting presentations, manage communication with applicants, and maintain accurate records of student applications. They will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive admissions experience for all stakeholders.Managing student data entry with student management systems➡️Responding to and managing a range of student enquiries and issues➡️Coordinating and scheduling classes➡️Issue Letter of Offer➡️Monitor student Attendance and Course Progress➡️️Process and post operational and non-operational invoices.➡️ Manage business transactions, invoice processing, and reconciliation.➡️ Verify and maintain financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.➡️ Clarify questionable invoice items and obtain required payment information.➡️ Reconcile bank statements and ensure all records align with accounting standards.➡️ Work on Xero software to manage financial records.➡️ Handle agent commissions and follow up on pending fee payments with students and agents.Position Details:➡️ Location: Gaur City Centre, Noida (On-site)➡️ Job Type: Full-time➡️ Salary: Competitive, as per industry standardsQualificationsStrong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey information and represent the institution professionally.Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with prospective students and families.Analytical Skills to assess applications and provide insights for the admissions process.Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with admissions processes or educational services is a plus.Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
