Facilities Management Specialist

About the Role
Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive operations of an organization or business location.
Requirements:
- II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree
- Supervisory experience in Facility departments
- Organized at work
- Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously.
- Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi & Kannada)
Work location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore.
Responsibilities for Facility Administrator/Executive:
- Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met.
- Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment.
- Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets.
- Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance
- Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on time bill submission
- Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to implement programs.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Travel arrangements - ticket & stay
- Event coordinator
- Very little field work when required and should know the local market

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Specialist to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs with Leadership abilities and good work efficiency.
The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
