Job Title: Product Manager - Data & AI

Location: Bangalore/Coimbatore/Noida

Purpose:

As a Product Manager at LogixHealth, You’ll translate AI and data platform capabilities into practical, high-value solutions for healthcare stakeholders. You will work with a globally distributed team of RCM business stakeholders and engineers to design and build cutting edge solutions that directly improve the healthcare industry. You will contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring your expertise to continue delivering innovative technology solutions, while mentoring others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business stakeholders and technology leadership to understand requirements for modern Data Platform and RCM products
2. Define and measure success of AI/Data initiatives through adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and business value delivered
3. Define product vision and develop product roadmap driving AI centric products, features and aligning Data Platform needs
4. Bridge the gap between AI/data science and business operations by contextualizing technical possibilities into RCM and healthcare workflows
5. Manage product and technology transformation, aligning technology roadmap for products with AI vision
6. Define ROI and value proposition for new product and features
7. Lead and participate in agile ceremonies for Data Platform and AI scope of each product
8. Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product development teams in creating a unified product lifecycle
9. Foster an environment of accountability between engineering team members and between engineering teams and business stakeholders
10. Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored relevant to this position

Working knowledge of HIPAA and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) required for handling PHI in AI/data solutions.

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.):

BE or BS (or higher, MS / PhD) degree in Computer Science / related field, or equivalent technical experience.

Experience:

1. 5-10 years of product management experience, with preferred experience in healthcare domain (RCM will be a big advantage).
2. Technical Acumen: A strong grasp of data engineering, data science and machine learning principles is fundamental. Experience in implementing GPT, LSM, LAM with proven track record in implementation of Agentic AI, LLM in live use cases.
3. Experience in driving product roadmap for Modern data platform, understanding of Datalake, Datalakehouse, ETL/ELT, Data Streaming, Cloud Platforms, Python/PySpark/Scala.
4. Experience in integration of AI within Data Platform.
5. Strategic Thinking: The ability to align product strategies with overall business goals while identifying opportunities for growth.
6. Communication Skills: Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential for successful collaboration.
7. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile practices helps manage iterative development and rapid prototyping.
8. Familiarity with HIPAA or other US health regulatory and compliance standards.
9. Familiarity with HL7, FHIR and other US health data standards.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with structured and unstructured healthcare data.
11. Ability to engage with clinical professionals and understand medical terminology and workflows.
