We are seeking a proactive and creative Senior Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media strategies for our clients from start to finish. Y

ou will be responsible for delivering engaging content, creating and managing social media calendars, executing paid advertising campaigns (with a focus on Meta Ads), and ensuring timely delivery of client projects with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, brand voice, and target audience.
  • Develop comprehensive social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to brief, review, and approve creatives for all campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content (graphics, captions, videos, etc.) for various social platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities to keep strategies innovative.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Suggest and implement new features to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing social media accounts for brands.
  • Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
