Job Title: Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle our brand's online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

About the Role:
  • Create and implement comprehensive social media plans to drive business growth.
  • Manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop engaging content, posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics that align with our brand's voice and goals.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze performance through analytics tools and optimize campaigns to achieve better results.
  • Collaborate with our design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Executive Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, paid ads, and content creation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing software.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance.
