Position Overview :

- We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced PSL Technical Lead to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing banking software, particularly on Profile application using MUMPS and PSL.

- Additionally, the candidate should possess project management experience along with expertise in system design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and maintenance of banking software solutions on the Profile application platform, utilizing MUMPS and PSL.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement financial products and reporting features.

- Manage projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within budget and scope.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

- Design and implement system architectures and solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members to promote professional growth and development.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in banking software development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience working with Profile Scripting Language (PSL), with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

- 3+ years of experience in Agile practices, including Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

- 3+ years of experience in shell scripting, with proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.

- Experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS), SQL, or automated testing tools would be advantageous.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- At least 6 years of professional experience developing on Profile application (MUMPS and PSL), focusing on banking software and financial products.

- At least 3 years of professional experience managing projects and teams in a software development environment.

- At least 3 years of professional experience with system design and implementation, including architecture and solution design.
