Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Creative Designer. The UI/UX Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visually compelling and user-friendly design solutions for our platform. Day-to-day tasks include developing wireframes and prototypes, crafting intuitive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and user needs. The designer will also be involved in evaluating user feedback and making data-driven design decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand identity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design or Product Design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful web and mobile app designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.
  • Experience working with developers and understanding of basic front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Knowledge of UX research, A/B testing, or user analytics tools.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced creative environment.
