Position SnapshotEstée Lauder Company is looking for a Google Ads Manager / Specialist who can build, refine and optimise paid search strategies that elevate brand visibility while delivering measurable returns.
The role is designed for a professional who understands how to balance precision bidding, strategic messaging and performance insights in a competitive digital environment.
What You Will ShapeInstead of executing isolated tasks, you will shape three essential elements of paid search success:
- Strategic control of Google Ads ecosystems
- Continuous improvement based on behavioural and performance data
- A sustainable, scalable ads structure aligned with brand goals
Your work will influence how the brand reaches intent-driven users and how efficiently campaigns convert that intent into action.
Core Practice Areas1. Campaign Architecture- Build structured campaigns with clear thematic relevance
- Maintain logical keyword groupings, match types and bidding models
- Adapt structure as markets shift and competition evolves
- Optimise bids, placements, ad copy and landing page alignment
- Identify inefficiencies early and take corrective action
- Evaluate audience signals and apply precision targeting
- Interpret search data, cost patterns and conversion behaviour
- Recommend direction based on evidence, not intuition
- Present findings in a concise, business-friendly format
- Coordinate with creative, content, analytics and brand teams
- Ensure messaging across campaigns remains consistent with Estée Lauder’s identity
- Align ads strategy with broader marketing priorities

- Experience managing Google Ads in performance-driven environments
- Strong understanding of search intent, bidding mechanics and optimisation cycles
- Ability to spot meaningful patterns in data and act decisively
- Clear communication—structured, precise and calm under shifting conditions
- Familiarity with skincare, beauty, luxury, or retail sectors is a plus
- Reliable self-management in a remote, part-time framework
