Must demonstrate recent, high-level architectural design and hands-on coding ability.Engineering Standards & Governance: Deep proficiency in codifying and enforcing modern engineering best practices: clean code, test-driven development, security standards (OWASP), and CI/CD quality gates.Execution Rigor: Expert in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and skilled in managing project timelines, risks, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.Active Technical Problem Solving: Possesses the deep technical depth required to troubleshoot critical production issues, review pull requests (PRs) effectively, and make rapid, informed technical decisions under pressure.Technical Communication & Mentorship: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and project stakeholders.
