Role Description

We are hiring two full-time, hybrid Creative Content & Brand Communication Interns to support our multi-channel brand development. As a key team member, you will engage in content production, digital and brand communication, stakeholder engagement, campaign coordination, and customer interaction. Exceptional performance during this internship may lead to a permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce digital content and visual assets (graphics, photos, videos) for website and social media platforms.
  • Draft clear and engaging copy for campaigns, product descriptions, newsletters, and customer communications.
  • Support website management, including publishing updates, maintaining content, and contributing to design improvements.
  • Plan, schedule, and implement social media and audience engagement strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather audience insights to inform campaigns and product offerings.
  • Assist in developing and executing brand partnerships, outreach activities, and collaboration initiatives.
  • Operate CRM tools, manage inbound queries, and provide timely, professional customer service.
  • Organize and contribute to both online and offline marketing campaigns and events, including logistics, execution, and results analysis.
  • Monitor and report on digital metrics, engagement analytics, and campaign performance data.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all communications and visual materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure aligned messaging and timely project delivery.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, best practices in branding, and propose new solutions or creative ideas.
  • Support content calendar planning and workflow management for all communication channels.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about creativity, design, and digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Bengali & Hindi.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma) and website builders (e.g., Wix, WordPress).
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer support best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a flexible, startup-style environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about sustainability, conscious business, and brand storytelling.
Any prior experience in marketing, content creation, customer service, or design is a plus.
