We operate on a made-to-order model with weekly design drops, aiming to disrupt the streetwear market with designs that spark conversations.Position Overview:We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in omni-channel marketing to lead our paid and retention campaigns. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage high-budget performance ads, drive customer retention through WhatsApp, Email, and other channels, and collaborate with freelancers and influencers to produce impactful content. This is a work-from-office role in Kolkata.Key Responsibilities:Paid Marketing & Performance AdsPlan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.Strategically manage a minimum annual ad spend of ₹1 crore, ensuring maximum ROI.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.Retention & CRM MarketingBuild and execute WhatsApp marketing and Email marketing strategies to boost repeat purchases.Develop automated customer journeys for re-engagement and retention.Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to refine campaigns.Omni-Channel Marketing & Content CollaborationDesign and manage integrated marketing strategies across paid ads, social media, influencer marketing, and CRM channels.Collaborate with freelancers, designers, and influencers to create content assets for campaigns.Ensure content is brand-aligned and optimized for each platform.Strategic Planning & Brand GrowthIdentify new marketing opportunities and platforms to expand brand reach.Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithms.Ensure brand voice consistency across all marketing touchpoints.Requirements:3–5 years of proven experience managing paid ads and omni-channel marketing.Track record of handling minimum ₹1 crore ad spend annually.Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Email Marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and WhatsApp Business API.Experience with influencer collaborations and freelance content production.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Creative thinker with excellent communication abilities.Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata (Work from Office).Perks & Benefits:Join a fast-growing streetwear brand redefining urban fashion.Creative freedom to experiment with bold campaigns.Competitive salary + performance incentives.A dynamic, youthful work environment with growth opportunities.
