Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphics Designer to join our digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of professional experience in creating engaging visuals, marketing creatives, and multimedia content for diverse brands. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients across digital platforms, ensuring that every piece of design communicates the right message, resonates with the audience, and drives engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, ads, banners, emailers, and landing page creatives.
  • Create brand identity elements (logos, typography, style guides) and ensure brand consistency across all projects.
  • Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft tools to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Design motion graphics, short-form videos, and reels to support digital campaigns and advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, email campaigns).
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for client-facing creatives.
  • Solid understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and animation workflows.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and video-based projects.
  • Knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and UI/UX basics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating briefs into compelling visual outputs.
