The Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing all non-academic functions of the school — including operations, marketing, admissions, vendor management, and legal coordination.

This is a leadership position that demands strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and integrated programs.
  • Streamline processes for transport, facilities, staff coordination, and event management.
  • Handle resource allocation, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive local marketing, branding, and admission campaigns.
  • Plan and execute school-level promotional activities, seminars, and parent engagement programs.
  • Develop and track marketing budgets, leads, and conversion reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents and key stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Oversee procurement, infrastructure maintenance, and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate with legal consultants for MOUs, agreements, and compliance documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between management, staff, and vendors.
  • Supervise and guide admin and support staff to ensure effective coordination.


Candidate Profile:

  • MBA (Operations / Marketing / General Management) from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 5–10 years in reputed EdTech / Coaching brands (Aakash, Allen, FIITJEE) or in educational operations management
  • Possession of Six Sigma certification
  • Certification in Project management
  • Strong operational and administrative management experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proven track record in admissions, marketing, and centre management.
  • Ability to handle multi-department coordination.
  • Exposure to legal documentation and vendor management.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory
  • Immediate joiners preferred
