Key Responsibilities:· Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making.· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications for the data engineering team.· Data Engineering Concept: Have an understanding of data engineering concepts, including the principles of designing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.· Project Management: Manage and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.· Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment.Qualifications:· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and data engineering.· Technical Skills: Good Understanding on SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data warehousing solutions.· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.· Project Management: Experience in managing projects and working in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.Required Skills:· Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python.· Understanding of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).Good to Have Skills:· Databricks: Experience with Databricks tool is a plus.· Certifications: Certifications in Databricks or Azure (or any relevant certifications) are highly desirable.
