We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Service CRM to join our team at Manesar. As a Lead Service CRM, you will play a pivotal role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and driving initiatives to enhance customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.

- Lead a team of CRM specialists and analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.

- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer service processes and workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.

- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.

- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on CRM best practices and system usage.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in CRM and customer service.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in CRM management, with a focus on customer service.

- Proven track record of successful CRM implementations and process improvements.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
