Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our dynamic design team. The role is ideal for someone with strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail, who wants to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts for high-end residential projects.
  • Prepare and draft drawings, presentations, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp,etc.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
  • Support in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and document updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records in an organized manner.
  • Stay updated on design trends, innovative materials, and construction technologies relevant to luxury projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Consideration for Diploma holders with atleast 02 years experience in a similar company.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internships/projects in luxury residential design preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of design detailing, working drawings, and material applications.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
  • Passion for luxury design, innovation, and creating timeless spaces.
