Responsibilities :


- Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.


- Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs.


- Should act as the Technical consultant on Oracle HCM projects.


- Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.


- Participates in business development activities.



- Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex :


- Should have 4 to 6 years of Oracle HCM cloud with at least 2 end-to-end implementation experience, Technical professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.


- Having a basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an added advantage.


- Experience in security configuration.


- Knowledge of Oracle Time and Labour module.


- Knowledge of seeded reports on WFA, Absences, and OTL Agile Methodology of working, Jira Board Oracle Journeys/checklist.


- Should have completed at least 2 projects in the modules mentioned above as mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.


- The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement-gathering workshops.


- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement knowledge sharing, and client management.
