  • Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical aspects of BI tool implementation and delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and effective.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the sales and data teams to identify potential projects, participate in proposal development, and ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • BI Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the BI strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in our BI offerings.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead efforts in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their BI needs, offering solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, from initial proposal to final delivery.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on BI tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, with a strong background in technical delivery of BI solutions.
  • 3+ years of expertise in BI tools and platforms (e. g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Business development experience, with a track record of identifying and securing new projects, is highly desirable.
