Active Directory Support (Drive) requirements :


- 5+ years designing and managing multiple active directory forests and domains for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 5000 users).

- 1+ years of experience administering dns, dhcp, and pki.

- Experience with configuring group policy objects to secure a windows infrastructure.

- Experience with complex scripting leveraging powershell.

- Experience working at an ad 2008 2012 functional level and migration to 2016 functional level preferred.

- Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.

- Experience with different types of tools to isolate the active directory issues.

- 1+ years of experience in microsoft windows server administration, including server 2012/16 and 2019 operating systems.

- Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management.

- Knowledge of on-premises exchange and o365 service is an added advantage.

- Coordinating with different lines of services with sla.

- Creating and updating technical documentation.

- 3rd party vendor coordination for visits and troubleshooting.

- Incident management & escalation- ticket status check and update.

- Change management - change raising to facilitate incident resolution and problem resolution.

- Problem management & rca - responsible for preparing rca documents for severity 1 & severity 2 calls.

- Flexible to work on shifts and very good communication skills.

Salary - 7 - 15 LPA
