Desired Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in API/Pharmaceutical industry. Experience in B to B Sales and B to C Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Marketing executives create and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Conduct Market Research: They analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage Campaigns: Overseeing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, marketing executives coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Create Content: They are responsible for producing engaging content for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
  • Analyze Performance: Marketing executives monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
  • Plan Events: They may also coordinate marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Networking: Building relationships with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders is crucial for understanding market dynamics and enhancing marketing efforts.
