The role involves coordination withinternal engineering, procurement, and O&M teams, as well as external contractors andvendors, to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects within budget.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site management, projectcoordination, contractor supervision, and stakeholder communication in the renewableenergy sector.Job Description:1. Project Execution & Site Management- Plan, monitor, and control project execution to ensure completion as per approvedschedule, cost, and quality.- Coordinate with EPC / contractors for civil, mechanical, and electrical works.- Ensure adherence to engineering drawings, design specifications, and constructionstandards.- Monitor progress against project milestones and flag delays or risks proactively.2. Coordination & Communication- Act as the single point of contact between corporate project management, siteteams, EPCs, and consultants.- Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, and logistics for timelymaterial availability.- Prepare and present regular project progress reports, schedules, and MIS tomanagement.3. Quality, Safety & Compliance- Ensure compliance with company quality management systems, EHS standards, andstatutory requirements.- Review contractor QA/QC documentation and test results.- Promote a strong safety culture at site and ensure strict adherence to safetyprotocols.4. Commissioning & Handover- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for electrical andmechanical systems.- Coordinate with Lenders’ Engineers, DISCOMs, and other statutory authorities forproject approvals.- Prepare as-built documentation, punch lists, and handover packages for O&M teams.
