We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive inbound demand generation across all our business lines. This role will lead a small team (SEO, Content, Social/Performance Marketing) and work closely with Sales leadership to generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Applore’s business verticals.

Manage and mentor the SEO Manager, Content Writer, and future marketing hires.

Align marketing campaigns with sales priorities (Staff Aug, Fixed Scope, Caller.Digital).

Inbound & Demand Generation

Drive SEO growth, content strategy, paid campaigns, and LinkedIn marketing to generate MQLs.

Plan and execute performance marketing (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, remarketing).

Build and manage email campaigns, drip sequences, and HubSpot/CRM workflows.

Track campaign ROI, CAC, and MQL-to-SQL conversion.

Content & Brand

Oversee creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, emailers, and landing pages.

Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Position Applore as a thought leader in AI, SaaS, and staff augmentation.

Analytics & Optimization

Own website performance and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).

Optimize campaigns and funnels through data-driven A/B testing.

Report monthly KPIs: traffic, inbound MQLs, conversion rates.

Requirements

5–8 years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS / IT services / consulting.

Hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, marketing automation.

Strong understanding of B2B lead gen funnels (MQL → SQL → Deals).

Experience managing small marketing teams (SEO/Content/Performance).

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales leaders.

Creative thinker with data-driven execution mindset.
