- Experience with various types Testing : functional testing, usability testing, regression testing, Sanity, Smoke etc , Knowledge on techniques like equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, exploratory testing, etc.

- Good knowledge on SQL Skills : Basic understanding of SQL for database testing, querying data to verify correctness, extract logs/request and response inputs.

- Good knowledge on Unix Skills Basic understanding of Unix commands to identify Logs.

- Defect Management Tools : Proficiency in using bug tracking tools like JIRA to report issues.

- Bug Reporting : Articulate communication of bugs with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots and logs if necessary.

- Test Execution : Skill in executing test cases thoroughly, recording results accurately, and identifying deviations from expected outcomes.

- Awareness of SDLC (requirements, development, testing) and where manual testing contributes to overall quality assurance, understanding the importance of manual testing in ensuring product quality throughout the SDLC.

- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving : ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to identify potential areas of risk and design appropriate test scenarios, Skill in troubleshooting issues, isolating root causes and proposing solutions or workarounds to ensure smooth software functionality.

- Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills : Strong attention to detail to accurately execute test cases, observe software behavior and accurately document test results, analytical mindset to interpret test results, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions to improve test coverage and effectiveness

- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to discuss requirements, report issues, and provide status updates
