The Meeting Agent captures conversations without recordings, updates CRMs instantly, and sends follow-ups in minutes. Other agents handle scheduling, data management, prospect research, and compliance.The RoleWe're looking for a marketing associate who will own our marketing execution from day one. This role involves:Creating and publishing content that resonates with wealth advisors (maintain and accelerate our posting frequency weekly)Developing newsletters, blog posts, and case studies that translate complex features into clear benefitsManaging our complete social media presence and content calendarCollaborating with design resources and providing creative direction for visual assetsDeveloping webinar scripts and email campaignsEnsuring consistent content delivery and meeting all publishing deadlinesRequirements1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaSStrong execution mindset with ability to deliver from day oneProficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize workflows while maintaining authentic voiceExcellent copywriting skills with ability to write clear, engaging contentExperience managing multiple marketing channels simultaneouslySelf-directed learner who takes initiative and solves problems independentlyIdeal CandidateDemonstrates bias for action over extended planning cyclesUnderstands the difference between aesthetic content and performance-driven contentCan distill complex technical features into relatable benefitsComfortable experimenting with new approaches and iterating based on resultsWhat We OfferThis is an opportunity to join a fast-growing startup where your contributions directly impact business growth.
