Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the planned features and releases over time.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions about product direction, positioning, and potential market opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback, and incorporate it into product planning.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a user-friendly and intuitive product experience.
  • Ensure that the product design aligns with user needs and industry best practices.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.
  • Use analytics and data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize product performance.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with customer support to address product-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product specifications, development processes, and release notes.
  • Define and execute product testing strategies to ensure a high-quality product.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to identify and address bugs and issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with technology and security trends.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • 3 years of SWE.
  • 2 years of MBA (Top 20 schools)
  • 2 years of post-MBA Product Management
