SEO Intern (Guest post outreach)


Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven SEO Intern (Guest post outreach) to join our team in Gurugram. This is a highly specialized, hands-on role focused primarily on Off-Page SEO and Guest Post Outreach. The ideal candidate has prior exposure to link building and is eager to master the crucial skill of generating high-authority backlinks.

Key Responsibilities (Focus on Outreach)

The successful intern will spend the majority of their time executing and managing our link building strategy.

A. Link Building & Outreach Execution

  • Manage the full cycle of guest post outreach, including targeted prospect identification and qualification using advanced search techniques.
  • Develop, customize, and execute personalized email pitches to secure high-quality backlink placements.
  • Negotiate placements and maintain professional, long-term relationships with publishers, bloggers, and webmasters.
  • Track, record, and report on the status of all outreach campaigns and acquired links.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis using tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush to identify and replicate link opportunities.

B. General SEO Support

  • Assist in keyword research and support content optimization efforts.
  • Perform basic SEO audits, competitor research, and technical analysis.
  • Optimize existing blogs and web content to improve ranking and organic visibility.
  • Track and report core SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, link performance) weekly.
  • Stay current with SEO trends, industry best practices, and Google algorithm updates.


Required Qualifications & Experience

We will prioritize candidates who can demonstrate a foundational understanding of off-page SEO.

  • Prior Experience is Preferred: Verifiable exposure to Guest Post Outreach, Blogger Outreach, or Link Acquisition through a previous internship, course project, or personal initiative.
  • Education: BCA / B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent discipline.
  • SEO Fundamentals: Strong understanding of core SEO concepts (keywords, backlinks, domain authority, on-page elements).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, crucial for pitch writing and external relationship management.
