Timing: 10:00am to 7:00pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday (WFO) Saturday (WFH)

Role Overview:-

We’re looking for a Catalogue Specialist who owns the end-to-end product listing process across all sales channels. This person ensures that every product is accurate, compliant, optimized for conversion, and consistent with our brand voice.

You will work closely with marketing, design, supply chain, and performance teams to make sure our catalogue drives trust and sales.


Key Responsibilities:-


Catalogue Management

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across D2C website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), and internal tools
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in product details: INCI lists, claims, usage, shades, variants, pricing, batch info
  • Manage product launches, relaunches, and discontinuations smoothly

Content & Conversion Optimization

  • Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, FAQs, and how-to-use content
  • Ensure content aligns with skincare compliance (no false or banned claims)
  • Improve PDP conversion using benefits, ingredient storytelling, and clarity

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure all listings meet FSSAI / ASCI / platform-specific guidelines
  • Audit catalogue regularly for errors, duplication, outdated information, or claim risks
  • Coordinate with regulatory or R&D teams when needed

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with design team for images, infographics, ingredient callouts
  • Coordinate with performance marketing to align catalogue with ads
  • Support customer support with accurate product info and updates

Reporting & Hygiene

  • Track catalogue errors, rejections, suppressed listings, and resolve them
  • Maintain SKU masters, variant mapping, and documentation


Required Skills & Experience:-

  • 1–4 years experience in catalogue, content, or operations for D2C / marketplace brands
  • Strong understanding of skincare or beauty products (ingredients, claims, usage)
  • Experience with Shopify / marketplaces / catalogue tools
  • Excellent attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
  • Clear written communication skills


Good to Have

  • Experience in regulated categories (beauty, personal care, nutrition)
  • Understanding of SEO for product pages
  • Prior experience with Amazon/Nykaa catalogue systems
