Your Mission
As a TOM Design Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in reimagining the operating model for our Germany business line. Your work will directly influence global strategy execution, driving change across Commercial Banking and Trade Finance. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional design efforts, and ensure smooth adoption of transformational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Design and execute Target Operating Model (TOM) changes aligned with global strategy
2) Lead stakeholder engagement, governance, and change adoption initiatives
3) Drive process improvements and continuous efficiency gains
4) Translate complex business needs into actionable execution plans
5) Foster cross-functional collaboration with global virtual teams
Must-Have Skills & Experience
1) 10–20 years of project/change management experience, preferably in banking or financial services
2) Proven expertise in Operating Model (TOM) design & implementation
3) Strong domain knowledge of Commercial Banking and Trade Finance
4) Advanced stakeholder management, process re-engineering, and analytical skills
5) Experience in driving business transformation and managing cross-functional teams
6) Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
7) Professional qualifications in Project Management and/or Change Management
